How is AgileData priced?
Every AgileData service is a monthly subscription. No per-hour billing, no per-seat licences, no long-term contracts.
You pay for two things. Running what we have already built for you, and building something new.
The price drops when the build is done.
Hidden pricing is a strategy. Just not ours.
Most data consultancies and platform vendors make you book a call to learn a price. Then the price arrives shaped by what they think you can afford. And whatever number it starts at, it never goes down. We dislike that pattern as much as you do.
Customers tell us the best pricing model is one they can understand in a minute, budget for in a year, and trust not to deliver bill shock in month three. So that is the one we publish.
What it costs.
Two numbers. Running is US$2,000 a month. Building adds US$5,000 a month. Add them up, that is your invoice.

Prices are in US dollars. Every tenancy includes 1TB of history data. Need more? Talk to us. The maths is deliberately simple: a two month build is US$14,000 all in, then US$2,000 a month keeps everything running. Google Cloud costs are on us, with fair use applying. No setup fees, no per-seat licences, no per-source fees, no surprises.

Collect, combine and consume. While a build is on, our Fractional Data Team does the data work, not yours. Once it runs, changes to what we built are included.
The platform
The AgileData Information Platform with every feature, and your source systems connected. No locked tiers, no per-source fees.
Google Cloud costs
Infrastructure, storage and compute are in the subscription. Yes, you read that right, we pay for it not you.
Advice, services and support
Talking to us is included. No professional services meter running in the background.
